Disclosures In Real Estate Transactions Booklet: This booklet was originally published in 2005 and was updated over the years until the California Department of Real Estate transitioned to the California Bureau of Real Estate. There have been no updates since the changeover but the booklet still contains good information.

California Environmental Protection Agency: The California Environmental Protection Agency is charged with developing, implementing and enforcing the state's environmental protection laws that ensure clean air, clean water, clean soil, safe pesticides and waste recycling and reduction.

California Sex Offender Database: (P)rovides the public with Internet access to detailed information on registered sex offenders.

National Pipeline Mapping System: The Notice informs the buyer that information about the general location of these pipelines is available to the public on line via the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) and provides the web address.
